Shipping Information

We are based in South Africa and ship nationwide using a local courier.

Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it via the link.

We ship throughout the year, excluding South African public holidays.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes

R100 flat rate nationwide.

Delivery times depend on your location.

Major cities: 2–3 business days.
Outlying areas: 2–5 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on The Courier Guy’s delivery schedule.

Courier Terms

All parcels are shipped with The Courier Guy and are subject to their delivery terms and conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines and handling fall under the courier’s policies.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, missing items, or damaged, we’ll sort it out.

Please email us at hello@agoodmind.co.za within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents.

We’ll assist you from there.
